The silver is hollow inside, but has a very thick gauge, and is heavy at 33 grams.

Hallmarks featured are two swans indicating that it is sterling silver and imported into France, likely from Scandinavia (Source: Online Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers’ Marks).
