Modernist Sterling Silver & Ebony 5 piece Coffee and Tea Service in the "Circa 70" pattern designed by Donald Colflesh for Gorham circa 1958.
The iconic “Circa 70” pattern was designed in 1958 by American artist Donald Colflesh, ultimately becoming his most successful design, perfectly capturing the modernist and futuristic motifs of the upcoming “Space Age” of the 1960’s.
All of these pieces are marked with the Gorham date symbol for 1960.
Center of the tray is formica, all pieces in great condition consistent with age, including some light scratches on the bottom of the oversized tray.
