Sigi Pineda neck ring. Sterling silver and handmade in Taxco, Mexico by Sigi Pineda. 

Dimensions: measuring from the inside of the back to the top of the design, the necklace is 5.63", measuring the interior side to side 4.25". The front of the necklace is 1.25" L x 3" W at the widest point. 

This lovely, mid-century piece is in excellent condition.
